websiteguy.ai is committed to delivering real value to every customer. This policy explains when refunds are available, what is excluded, and how to request one. By subscribing to any websiteguy.ai plan, you agree to the terms below.
If you are not satisfied with your websiteguy.ai subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee within the first 30 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
The one-time setup fee covers the AI generation, design, and onboarding work performed at the time of signup. Because this work is completed immediately upon purchase, the setup fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you request a refund within the 30-day window, your subscription fee will be refunded in full, but the setup fee will not be returned.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund of the unused months if you cancel within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access to your site until the end of the paid period.
Upon issuing a refund, your subscription is canceled and your website is taken offline immediately. Your generated site data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, your site is restored instantly — no need to rebuild. After 30 days, site data is permanently deleted.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. We send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before each billing date. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds unless the charge occurred due to a billing error on our part. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve all legitimate disputes quickly and fairly. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution.
